Between 2005 and 2009, Shruti attended Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology, where they earned their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science.
In 2012 and 2013, Shruti enrolled in the School of Inspired Leadership for a PGP (Post Graduate Program) in HR.
In addition to their formal education, Shruti obtained a certification in People Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in August 2021.
