Weicong Lee has over 16 years of experience in the field of design and art direction. Weicong currently holds the position of Design Director at Moon Rabbit since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at McCann Health as a Senior Designer from February 2017 to July 2021. Weicong also served as a Senior Art Director at &Larry from May 2009 to October 2016. Before that, they worked as a Senior Designer at Green House Design + Communications from August 2008 to April 2009. Weicong started their career as a Designer at Trine Design Associates in June 2006 and worked there until July 2008. Weicong Lee began their professional journey as a Junior Art Director at TBWA\\HAKUHODO in March 2005.
Weicong Lee attended Ngee Ann Polytechnic from 2003 to 2006, where they studied Mass Communication/Media Studies. Weicong also obtained several certifications, including being a Design Jury Member for The Gong Show in 2017, The Crowbar Awards in 2016, and The Crowbar Awards in 2014. These certifications were obtained from the 4A's institution.
