Helen Sui

Helen Sui is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in local government and health services. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Moonee Valley City Council since August 2020, Helen has held various significant roles including Director Asset Management Reform and Implementation at the Department of Health & Human Services, Victoria, and Director of City Transport & Presentation at the City of Whittlesea. Previous positions include Chief Financial Officer at Merri-bek City Council and Manager of Finance at Nillumbik Shire Council. Helen's educational background includes a Global Executive MBA from the University of Sydney and a Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of Southern Queensland, complemented by a Graduate Diploma in Local Government Law from Monash University and a Master's degree in International Politics from Peking University.
