Rahul Shah

Rahul Shah has worked in the gaming industry since 2007. Rahul began their career as a Game Master with K2 Network, followed by a role as a Game Master, Technical Support/Customer Support/Game Support and Game Tester at Acclaim Games Inc. In 2011, they became a Senior TSA for Sky at Firstsource Solutions Limited. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Team Leader - Customer Support at GSN Games. At Glu Mobile they were a Customer Care Manager and then a Customer Care Team Lead. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Tencent as an Operations and eSports and Customer Support Manager. Most recently, they were a Senior Game Producer, Game Production and Senior Manager Customer Experience at Moonfrog Labs.

Rahul Shah attended Shama Vidya Shala in Bangalore from 1990 to 2003, where they completed their Regular/General High School/Secondary Diploma Program.
