Adriana Silva is a seasoned talent acquisition and HR professional currently serving as a Specialist in Talent Acquisition & HR at MoonLake Immunotherapeutics since June 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Talent and HR Manager at Ivy Tech from September 2024 to June 2025, where Adriana led recruitment and HR operations across Portugal, the UK, and Ukraine, while previously spearheading talent acquisition in Ivy Tech's Portugal hub.
