Flavia Tata Nardini is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Fleet Space Technologies, an innovative Australian space company focusing on critical minerals, space exploration, and defence through satellite-enabled solutions. Since September 2015, Fleet Space has expanded globally, employing over 120 individuals. In addition to leading Fleet, Flavia serves as a Bloomberg 2022 Catalyst, Mission Chair at Seven Sisters, Mentor and Investor at Moonshot, and Board Member for the South Australian Entrepreneurship Advisory Board. Previously, Flavia co-founded and led LaunchBox, held various roles at TNO, and worked as a Propulsion Test Engineer at the European Space Agency. Flavia holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Space and Aerospace Engineering from University La Sapienza in Rome, Italy.
