Jared Bloom is a finance professional with extensive experience in business development, financial strategy, and investment banking. Currently serving in Strategic Finance at Moonsong Labs since March 2025, Jared's previous roles include Senior Manager and Manager in Business Development and Financial Strategy at Vevo from July 2022 to March 2025. Additionally, Jared gained experience as a Corporate Development MBA Intern at Raytheon Technologies in summer 2021 and held positions at The Chertoff Group as a Merchant Banking Associate and Analyst from August 2017 to July 2020, focusing on M&A and growth equity investment. Earlier experience includes roles at BB&T Capital Markets, where Jared advanced from Investment Banking Summer Analyst to Analyst, and a summer internship at Ziopharm Oncology in business development. Jared holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a degree from the University of Richmond.

Using a security-first multi-disciplinary approach, our experienced team can help foundations and project teams diversify and accelerate their implementation plans. 2) Web3 Incubation Services: Supporting teams to take Web3 project ideas and turn them into reality. Refine and iterate on ideas, build out founding teams, conduct customer and technical research, design and prototype concepts, and link teams with a network of vetted service providers and VCs.
