Kate Welty has held various leadership roles in organizations such as MIG, FIRST 5 Santa Clara County, Encompass Community Services, and County of Santa Cruz. Kate has extensive experience in management consulting, policy services, social impact, and child welfare system improvement. Kate has also worked as a project director for JBS International, Inc. and as a research associate for North American Council on Adoptable Children. Kate holds a Master of Arts in Public Affairs from Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University.
