Dave Kirby

Dave Kirby serves as the Director of Professional Services at Moorepay, having transitioned into this role in July 2023. Prior to this position, Dave held the title of VP Global Operations at Wagestream from November 2020 to April 2023, where significant achievements included launching over 250 clients and achieving sixfold annual recurring revenue growth. Previous roles also include VP Implementation EMEA and Director Implementation UK & Ireland at ADP, where responsibilities encompassed managing multinational payroll and human resource services. Dave has extensive experience in professional services management, leading teams and driving operational efficiency across various organizations, including dbg, RR Donnelley UK, and in service to the UK Government. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a BSc(Hons.) in Computing and Microelectronics from Oxford Brookes University.
