Janel Griffith has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Janel began their career as a Recruiter at Epic Staffing in 2009. In 2010, they joined Ogilvy and held various roles, including Payroll Coordinator, Human Resources Coordinator, Senior Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Analyst, and Benefits Analyst. In 2019, Janel joined Morales Group, Inc, where they initially worked as a Human Resources Manager and later progressed to the role of Associate Director of Human Resources in January 2022.
Janel Griffith completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Creative Writing and Spanish from Butler University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the institution SHRM in December 2018.
