Kim Raiford has had a successful career in the staffing industry, starting in 1999 with Norrell as an On-Site Client Service Specialist. In 2002, they joined Staffmark as a Multi Branch Manager + Regional Recruiter, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the Manager, Client Services at Morales Group, Inc. Kim then moved on to become the Director of Operations at Morales Group from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they worked as an Account Executive at Morales Group from 2014 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Development at Morales Group.
Kim Raiford attended Milligan College from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Communications.
