Joe Chang

Joe Chang has extensive experience in logistics and sales management, currently serving as the Logistics Manager at More Than Words since June 2021. Prior to this role, Joe worked at UPS for over two decades, starting as a Senior Account Manager, where management of the top one hundred accounts in the metropolitan Boston area resulted in fifty million dollars in revenue. Joe then advanced to the position of Director of Enterprise Accounts, overseeing five major accounts in the retail and consumer goods sector, which generated over sixty million dollars in revenue. Finally, as an Area Sales Manager, Joe managed eight account managers and was responsible for eighty million dollars in net revenue across northern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.
