Shantanu Banerjee, PhD, is the COO and co-founder of MoreTasks, specializing in automated process management and AI-driven services for 24/7 customer interactions, with plans to launch an AI/ML product in CCaaS by Q2 2024. Shantanu serves as a peer reviewer for the International Journal of Production Research, and is an Executive Director on the Board of Advisors for mfore, a HealthTech enterprise.
