Aaron Abbott

Aaron Abbott is the Founder and Director of Against The Odds - Education & Awareness, a position held since August 2022. Previously, Aaron has been with Morgan Hunt since September 2016, serving in multiple roles including Business Manager, Recruitment Manager, Management Consultant, and Senior Recruitment Consultant in Further Education. Prior to that, Aaron worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Sugarman Education from June 2014 to September 2016 and as a National Education Programmes Recruitment Resourcer at PET-Xi Recruitment Limited from November 2012 to June 2014. Aaron Abbott earned an HND in Sport Exercise & Health Science from Coventry University between 2008 and 2010 and attended Cardinal Newman from 2003 to 2007.
