Todd Richman

Todd Richman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial planning and business development, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Morgan Properties since April 1999. In this role, Todd oversees treasury management, budgeting, forecasting, ancillary income, utility procurement, real estate tax appeals, risk management, and revenue management. Prior to Morgan Properties, Todd held the position of Property Controller at Kravco from 1995 to 1999 and served as Controller at Needleman Management from March 1991 to 1995. Todd's career initially began at Chi Chi's as a Manager from 1983 to 1986. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rowan University, earned between 1988 and 1990.
