Jarrod Gray

As the COO/CFO, Jarrod is tasked with many objectives including managing the financial health of the company while positioning the firm for sustainable growth, in addition to implementing process structure designed to further enhance the value proposition provided to clients by MSC.

Jarrod brings with him 15+ years of experience as a Senior Finance leader in both distribution and manufacturing environments. He has a history of wearing many hats managing Finance, Credit, Human Resources, Sales, and Information Technology in his previous roles. He believes in driving an employee centric, goal-oriented culture that produces a superior customer experience.

Jarrod received both his Bachelor of Professional Accountancy and MBA from Mississippi State University, and he is still an avid Bulldog fan today. He spent six years on the Board of Make-A-Wish Mississippi serving as the Chairman of the Board for two years.

He resides in Hattiesburg, MS, along with his wife of twenty-five years, April, and their teenage daughter, Anna. When away from work, he enjoys traveling the world with his family, working outside, and providing financial counseling to families struggling to make the budget work.
