Andy Hill

Andy Hill is a seasoned Senior Commercial Manager with extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Currently, Andy is with Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, supporting projects for BAES and closing out the MS2JV joint venture for Yorkshire Water. Previously, Andy served as a Senior Commercial Manager with Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure, leading commercial efforts for the AMP6 programme. Andy's prior roles include significant positions at Balfour Beatty Rail, focusing on the Northern Hub and Electrification Alliance, as well as a decade-long tenure at Morgan Sindall managing major electrical substation projects for National Grid. Andy's career commenced at Balfour Beatty Utility Services as Managing QS, covering a range of projects for Yorkshire Water. Andy holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Nottingham, obtained in 1993.
