Phill Yetzes is an experienced professional in talent development and learning management, currently serving as the Head of Talent Development for Nuclear at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure since January 2024. Yetzes has been providing specialized consultancy in management and leadership development at Grayson Eaves since September 2015. Previous roles include Head of Learning and Development and Learning and Development Manager at Marlowe Fire & Security from July 2021 to January 2024, and Learning and Development Business Partner at Bryn Melyn Care, where leadership of all L&D activities for approximately 150 new starters annually was performed.
