Benjamin Sondgeroth

Benjamin Sondgeroth, MS, CISSP, is an experienced cybersecurity and fitness professional currently serving as a Personal Trainer at Sondgeroth Fit since August 2023. Sondgeroth has held the position of VP of Security Architecture at Morgan Stanley since January 2019 and has been the CEO and Lead Consultant at Atlantic Information Technology Consulting, Inc. since January 2017. Previous roles include CrossFit Coach at Babylon CrossFit and Islip CrossFit, co-founder of Long Island Beer and Cybersecurity, and positions at CA Technologies in various cybersecurity roles, including Red Team Director. Sondgeroth began a career in cybersecurity at First Data Corporation and the Research Foundation of SUNY, following an early position with Best Buy/Geek Squad. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Assurance and Security from Mercy University and a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Science, Business, and Technology from La Salle University.
