Carissa Warner

Carissa Warner is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in client relationship management within leading financial institutions. Currently serving as Executive Director and Global Head of Operations Client Relationship Management at Morgan Stanley since June 2010, Carissa leads a global team focused on enhancing the operational relationship and client experience for top institutional clients. Prior to this role, Carissa held the position of Executive Director - Global Head of Institutional Client Services, overseeing a team of 275 across multiple locations. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Priority Client Services and Operations Relationship Management at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and as Vice President of Priority Client Management at Deutsche Bank. Carissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Lehigh University.
