Ian Bauer

Ian Bauer is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in product control and operations within leading financial institutions. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Control at Morgan Stanley since July 2017, Ian has previously held significant roles at J.P. Morgan, where responsibilities included managing daily production of p&l and risk metrics for the Emerging Markets trading desk, as well as overseeing p&l management and revenue analysis for the EMEA Equity Financing product. Ian's career began at Bear Stearns, advancing through roles that included senior operations analyst and participation in an operations graduate program. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from the University at Albany.
