Kirti Kher

Kirti Kher currently serves as Managing Director of Human Resources at Morgan Stanley, having held various leadership roles within the organization since July 2015, including Executive Director and overseeing HR for Legal and Compliance. Kirti previously worked at Standard Chartered Bank from November 2007 to July 2015, where responsibilities included Global Head of HR for Corporate Finance and Chief of Staff for Wholesale Banking HR. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Consultant in the People & Change Practice at Deloitte Consulting and HR Consultant for the BAA Heathrow Terminal 5 Project. Kirti Kher earned a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies from King's College London.
