Lily Mahdavi

Lily Mahdavi is a seasoned professional in the field of mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Managing Director at Morgan Stanley since July 2012, after holding the position of Vice President and Executive Director in the same department. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Deutsche Bank from April 2011 to July 2012 and progressively advancing through roles such as Analyst, Associate, and Vice President at Citi from April 2004 to May 2011. Lily holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from New York University.
