Molly Weiss

Molly Weiss is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience at Morgan Stanley, where employment began in July 2016. Currently serving as Vice President, HR Business Partner for the Investment Banking Division and Vice President, Chief of Staff to the CHRO, Molly has held various roles including Manager of HR Management, Associate HR Business Partner, and completed the HR Analyst Program. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Summer Analyst position at Morgan Stanley and internships in process improvement, social media marketing, and communications. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with concentrations in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Binghamton University, attended from 2012 to 2016, and completed secondary education at Arlington High School from 2008 to 2012.
