Viktoriya Gelfand

Viktoriya Gelfand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial services, currently serving as Executive Director for both the US Rates COO and Fixed Income Business Unit Risk Management at Morgan Stanley since June 2017. Prior to this role, Viktoriya held various positions at EY as a Manager in Management Consulting and at UBS Investment Bank, where responsibilities included Commodities Operations Change Management and working in the Equity Derivatives Middle Office. Viktoriya earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut in 2008.
