Morgridge Institute for Research
Joseph Beil is an accomplished professional with a strong background in research and engineering. Currently serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Morgridge Institute for Research since January 2018, Joseph has gained valuable experience in managing and developing research initiatives. Previously, Joseph held the position of Process Development Intern at Boston Scientific from May to August 2017 and worked as a Reliability Engineer Intern at Sub-Zero Group, Inc. from January 2016 to January 2017, where responsibilities included managing tests for the Cove Dishwasher product. Joseph also contributed as a Reliability Engineer Co-op focused on developing tests for new product development projects and addressing field issues in various refrigeration models. Joseph holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where studies were completed between 2014 and 2018.

The Morgridge Institute for Research is a nonprofit biomedical institute exploring uncharted scientific territory to discover tomorrow’s cures. Morgridge works to improve human health through innovative, interdisciplinary biomedical discoveries, spark scientific curiosity and serve society through translational outcomes, in partnership with the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Research areas include regenerative biology and bioinformatics, virology, medical engineering, metabolism, core computational technology and bioethics.
