Samuel Taylor

Samuel Taylor is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Accountant at Morguard since August 2021, Taylor has led system optimization projects and acts as the subject matter expert for Yardi Voyager, streamlining financial statement generation and ensuring effective month-end closing processes. Previously, Taylor demonstrated expertise in preparing consolidated financial statements while maintaining compliance with IFRS regulations at Morguard. Experience also includes roles at GWL Realty Advisors, where Taylor managed significant landlord expense payments, and S+C Partners, where Taylor developed skills in tax preparation and audit execution. Taylor began a career at the Canada Revenue Agency, gaining a deep understanding of tax regulations and compliance enforcement.
