Jennifer Halsall-de Wit is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the fitness and consultancy industries. As the Founder & Woman in Charge of Duende Solutions since November 2020, Jennifer specializes in company transformation and innovative change management. Additional roles include serving as President's Council Secretary for Digital & Tech at EuropeActive and a member of the Supervisory Board for Morla Moves, a Fit Tech startup. Jennifer has held key positions in several organizations, including Vice President Global Enterprise at Sport Alliance GmbH, Chief Operating Officer at The Women in Fitness Association, and prior leadership roles at Basic Fit, HealthCity, GoodLife Fitness, and Bally Total Fitness. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Mars Hill University.
