We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Revenue Strategy to join our team. Reporting to the Pricing & Yield Manager, the Senior Analyst will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the Morning Brew Revenue team, focusing on Inventory Management, Pricing, Packaging, CRM Management, and Data & Reporting.

Ideal candidates for this role will be curious at heart, detail-oriented, analytical and have very strong organizational and communication skills. This person will work across all of Morning Brew’s franchises, focusing on: Morning Brew, Tech Brew, Retail Brew, Marketing Brew, HR Brew, IT Brew, CFO Brew, Healthcare Brew, podcasts and other multimedia sponsorships.

Our positions are remote hybrid; however, we have a strong preference for employees who can work from our Morning Brew HQ in NYC.

Responsibilities:

  • Review media plans, provide necessary strategic adjustments to maximize revenue and sell through, ensure margin goals are maintained, and approve discounting requests
  • Provide offerings and approvals across makegoods, cancellations, and reallocations in partnership with Account Manager
  • Analyze rates, STR, and revenue trends to make recommendations on maximizing inventory utilization
  • Keep an open dialogue with Sales to understand and react to market feedback as well as ad product performance
  • Assist with inventory management and OMS System maintenance
  • Assist with weekly revenue reporting (updates in Google Sheets and Google Slides) as well as ad hoc report requests to assist the larger Rev Org team

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years digital advertising experience preferably publisher side in a Pricing, Planning, Account Management, Yield function or Analytics/Reporting
  • BS/BA or equivalent degree
  • Experienced in Excel, Google Sheets and Slides (pivot tables, v-lookups, data analysis)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with all levels of employees
  • Exemplary communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in time management / project management working on numerous tasks at once
  • Curious at heart, excited to learn and solution oriented in all the work you do
  • Ability to work toward long-term goals while delivering short-term wins

COMPENSATION $75,000-85,000 DOE *Final offers for this job will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided, commensurate with experience. Total offer package to include benefits highlighted under our perks section below.
