Rinat Raz

Rinat Raz has over a decade of experience in human resources and retail management, currently serving as the VP of People & Culture, International at Moroccanoil since January 2018, after progressing through various senior HR roles within the company. Prior to this, Rinat held the position of Department Store Manager at Hamashbir Lazarchan and served as Retail Director at Helen's Hats, a fashion retailer specializing in women's accessories and head coverings. Additionally, Rinat worked as Regional Sales Manager at Erroca International Ltd., a chain of sunglasses stores, and was the Head of Human Resources at Zman-Avir Ltd., where responsibilities included establishing HR functions. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in Organizational Consulting & Development and a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences and Human Resources Management from the College of Management Academic Studies.
