Lisa has a diverse work experience in the cosmetics industry. A started their career as a Cosmetic Sales Assistant at Sephora from April 2010 to May 2012. A then worked as a Cosmetics Consultant at Sephora from January 2015 to June 2016. Lisa joined Morphe in February 2017 as a Sales Marketing Manager, where they successfully increased sales and led the sales team. In October 2020, they were promoted to the role of Chief Sales Marketing Officer at Morphe.
Lisa earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Fudan University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Digital Marketing & Data Analytics at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. A completed their MBA from 2012 to 2014.
