Pablo Vargas

Pablo Vargas has extensive experience in leadership and management, currently serving as Executive Chairman and CEO of Grupo Arribada N.V. since August 1992, where additional roles have included Chief Financial Officer and export manager. Vargas also holds the position of Executive Chairman at Morpho Travel Experience and Café Britt, and serves on the boards of Academia de Centroamérica, Grupo Pelón, Meditek Services S.A., and Mercado de Valores de Costa Rica. Previously, academic roles as a professor have included teaching agribusiness and international political economy at Universidad de Costa Rica and Thunderbird University. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business Administration-International Marketing and a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Michigan State University, along with a Licenciatura and Bachillerato in Agricultural Economics from Universidad de Costa Rica.
