Emmanuel Zara, Jr., PhD, currently serves as an Associate Coach at BetterUp and has extensive experience in executive coaching and organizational development. As the Founder and Managing Director of EGZ Business Management Consultancy/The Resource Hat since June 2015, Emmanuel aims to provide customized learning and leadership training in the Philippines. Additional roles include Learning Facilitator at C2C Organizational Development, Learning and Development Consultant at RELEVANCE, WellNest App, PROFORMATION, and NIIT Limited, and Coach Partner at Morphosis (Asia) Sdn. Bhd. Emmanuel's educational background includes a PhD in Leadership Studies and a PhD in Business Leadership and Organizational Development from Ateneo de Manila University, alongside an MBA and a BS in Psychology.
