Pelham Wilder IV

Pelham Wilder is a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Development and Finance Practice, where he represents developers and investors in all phases of commercial real estate including acquisition, development, financing, dispositions and joint ventures.

Prior to joining the firm’s Real Estate practice, Pelham worked in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Litigation Practice where he gained extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of civil litigation. His experience includes the taking and defending of depositions, participation in all other phases of the discovery process, motion practice, arbitration, and trial.
