Marcelo Rybertt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Country Manager, Chief Technology Officer, and Site Lead at Morris & Opazo since July 2016, Marcelo also co-founded Core IT Ltda., where the entrepreneurial journey began. Previous roles include Contractor Senior Software Engineer at SIM Partners, Software Engineering Manager at Crossover, Software Factory Manager at TFC Soluciones, and Software Development Supervisor at Experian, where Marcelo led a team of developers and honed technical and leadership skills. Early career experience includes project leadership at Tata Consultancy Services and consulting for Proceed Interactive. Marcelo holds a BS in Informatics from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria and an MS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Chile.
