Alina Grinman

Alina Grinman is a legal professional with extensive expertise in Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits. Currently serving as Partner and Vice Chair of the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Department at Morrison Cohen LLP since April 2018, Alina previously held similar roles at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Fried Frank. Alina began a legal career with internships at CPR Institute and the Open Society Institute, following a strong foundation in the arts as a Professional Dancer for prominent productions such as "Dancing with the Stars."
