Deborah Weinberg

Deborah Weinberg is a partner at Morrison Cohen LLP, where since June 2014, the practice has centered on corporate finance, debt and equity finance, and corporate and securities matters. In this role, Deborah represents a diverse clientele that includes corporate borrowers, private equity firms, financial sponsors, commercial and investment banks, mezzanine lenders, and hedge funds in both domestic and international transactions. Prior to this position, Deborah served as a corporate associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP from October 2010 to May 2014, specializing in corporate finance transactions with a focus on high-yield debt offerings. Deborah also contributed as a member of the Columbia Law School Non-Profit Organizations and Small Business Clinic from September 2008 to May 2009, providing legal assistance to a grassroots organization. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Spanish Language & Literature from Tufts University, along with academic experience at the University of Oxford.
