Eric Moskowitz

Eric Moskowitz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) law. Currently serving as a Partner at Morrison Cohen LLP since September 2015, Eric has previously held partner and associate roles at McDermott Will & Emery from August 2010 to August 2015, as well as at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP from September 2006 to August 2010. Eric holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, earned between 2003 and 2006, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University, obtained from 1998 to 2002.
