Director, Building Science at Morrison Hershfield

Steve Murray has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the field of building science and project management. Steve began their career in 1994 as a Field Representative at George Davis & Associates (now Genivar), where they worked until 1995. In 1995, they joined Morrison Hershfield as a Senior Project Manager, a role they held until 2004 when they became the Department Manager. In 2010, they were promoted to the position of Director, Building Science at Morrison Hershfield, where they continue to work.

Steve Murray obtained a B.A.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo between 1987 and 1992. Later, they pursued the Building Science Certificate Program at the University of Toronto - School of Continuing Studies from 2000 to 2016. Additionally, they attained a PMP - Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2008.
