Aaron Toner

Aaron Toner is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as the Senior People & Talent Partner at Morse Micro, a startup focused on low-power IoT chips, since November 2023. Prior to this role, Aaron held key positions at Fenergo as Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior Recruiter from May 2019 to July 2023, and at Accenture as a Senior Recruitment Specialist from August 2018 to May 2019. Initial experience included a role as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Solas IT Recruitment from March 2015 to August 2018, contributing to the field of IT recruitment. Aaron holds a Joint Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Science & German from Bangor University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
