Aji Gerdiman

Aji Gerdiman is a seasoned firmware and software engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as Principal Firmware Engineer at Morse Micro since June 2025, Aji previously held the position of Software Architect at Silicon Labs, focusing on SDK for Wi-Fi and software processes. Aji's career includes significant roles such as Staff Software Engineer, where leadership in developing Gecko OS was demonstrated, Senior Software Engineer at Zentri during its acquisition by Silicon Labs, and Senior Staff Software Engineer at Broadcom Inc., contributing to the creation of the WICED platform. Additional experience encompasses positions at Precision Mechatronics and iWOW, where Aji was responsible for software and firmware development for various products. Aji holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from The University of British Columbia, obtained in 2005.
