Craig Sutcliffe started their work experience in 1990 as a Commercial Specialist at Leonard Horsfall Electrical Ltd. Craig worked there until 1995 before transitioning to a role as a Contract Specialist at Various Contractors. In 1996, Craig joined Vital Human Resources (Rail, Resources, Solutions, Security) as a Business Development Director and held various roles within the company, including Operations Director and Managing Director. Craig became the Executive Director in 2014 and remained in that position indefinitely. In 2013, Craig also served as the Chair of Employment Businesses for ECIA Empltment Businesses. In 2022, they joined Morson Projects as the Corporate Development Director within the Power, Automation, and Control Division, and they will continue in that position until 2023.
Craig Sutcliffe attended Todmorden High School from 1983 to 1988. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at Calderdale College from 1988 to 1990, where they pursued a degree in Business and Finance. Subsequently, they joined Huddersfield New College from 1990 to 1993, where they studied Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
