Baskaran Nagavel is an experienced Stress Engineer with a robust background in the aerospace industry. Currently employed at Morson Projects since October 2015, Baskaran specializes in the CSeries/A220 Wing, focusing on MLG backup structures and various components related to fatigue and damage tolerance. Prior experience includes a tenure at Tech Mahindra from May 2010 to September 2015, where Baskaran contributed to the certification of the C-Series/A220 mid-fuselage and rear barrel, as well as the fatigue certification of CRJ1000 MLG Door Fittings. Earlier, Baskaran worked as a Junior Design Engineer at Aircraft Design Engineering Services in Bangalore, where responsibilities included producing drawings and numerical master geometries for turboprop engine nacelle structures. Baskaran holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the Madras Institute of Technology, completed in 2008.
