Ged Mason, OBE, HonDBA has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles throughout their career. Ged started their career in 1984 as a Recruitment Manager at ROAN International and later joined the Morson Group in 1986, where they served in various roles including Recruitment Manager and Managing Director. In 2005, they became the Group Chief Executive, responsible for all group strategy and commercial performance. Ged also played a key role in talent acquisition and client relations. In 2013, Mason became the Group Chief Executive at Vital Human Resources, a subsidiary of Morson Group, where they oversaw multiple brands/divisions. Additionally, Mason served as an Appeal Board Member at Seashell Trust, leading a multi-million pound appeal to build a new school for profoundly disabled children and young people. Throughout their career, Mason consistently focused on maximizing commercial performance through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Ged Mason, OBE, HonDBA pursued their education from 1981 to 1983 at Alliance Manchester Business School, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Business Studies.
