Youri Soons is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as Manager Supply Chain at Mosa. Since April 2021, Youri has been pivotal in developing and executing supply chain strategies while fostering cross-departmental alignment. Previous roles include Teamlead Planning and Reporting, Transformation Project Manager, and PMO Project Lead, where measurable improvements in operational efficiency and productivity were achieved. Youri also holds expertise as an Expert Consultant at PDM | Industrial Excellence and has experience in various roles during academic studies, including internships and teaching positions. Education includes multiple Master’s degrees in Operations Management and Logistics, Business Information Systems, and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Eindhoven University of Technology.
