Katie is the resident bright spark, helping to ignite continued growth at MosaicLab. She supports the team to find new opportunities to do great work with the client partners and has a particular focus on the MosaicLab Academy training platform.
Katie’s developing our courses to ensure there’s something for everyone who is interested in building their engagement, deliberation and facilitation skills.
Katie has previously studied psychology and worked in business development for a human-centred design agency.
In her downtime, you will find Katie doing something creative or outdoorsy. She is teaching herself to play piano, loves to draw and regularly heads out for hikes and walks with a great audiobook or podcast.
