Jimmy Reynolds has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Jimmy began their career at Graham MicroAge as a Senior Bench Tech in 1990 before moving on to Vanstar as a Service Tech in 1993. In 1996, they joined Roche as an Electronic Communications Specialist, where they gained experience in system administration and platform migrations. Over the years, they held various roles at Roche, including I/T Mail Supervisor and I/T Principal - Global Process Owner ITSM Problem Management, where they established and enforced problem management processes. Jimmy also served as a Sr. Technology Service Manager, focusing on global solution delivery and operational excellence. From 2013 to 2018, Jimmy Reynolds worked as a Technology Account Manager at Roche, influencing global IT strategies and delivering end-to-end solutions. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Moser Consulting, overseeing operations and utilizing their ITIL expertise.
Jimmy Reynolds obtained their High School Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Central from 1986 to 1990. In 2008, they obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from APM Group. In 2014, they completed The Effective Facilitator program offered by Leadership Strategies. In 2006, it is known that they attended the Leadership Academy at Roche. In 2016, they enrolled in Indiana Wesleyan University, pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
