Malinda Lowder has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Malinda started their career as a Student News Writer at Ball State University Public Information Office in 1991. Malinda then worked as a Graphic Design Intern at The Saturday Evening Post Magazine in 1992.
From 1994 to 1998, they were a Graphic Designer at Galyans Trading Company, where they designed advertising and retail store materials and supported the graphic needs of the buying staff.
In 1998, they joined United Way of Central Indiana as a Creative Services Manager, where they were responsible for creating a long-term corporate brand image and designing corporate collateral materials for fundraising campaigns.
In 2001, they started their own company called Lowder Graphic Design, Inc, where they worked as the Owner/Creative Designer. Malinda designed a wide range of media, including billboards, logos, and web graphics, and also built websites.
From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Emmis Communications as a Digital Brand Manager/Webmaster, maintaining the brand image of radio stations in visual forms and managing the ESPN affiliate radio station website.
Malinda'smost recent position was at Moser Consulting, where they started in 2014 as a Director of Marketing and Sales. Malinda led the marketing team and created a full marketing plan for company growth. Malinda also worked on front-end HTML/CSS coding projects to update a government call center website.
Malinda Lowder obtained a high school diploma from Eastern Hancock High School in 1990. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism Graphic Design and Printing from Ball State University from 1990 to 1994. In 2014, they attended Oracle University to enhance their skills in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
