Kiran Singh has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kiran started their career as an Assistant Social Worker at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, where they were responsible for counseling and assisting international refugees. Later on, they joined JCB India Ltd. as a Welfare Counsellor, where they bridged the gap between management and shop floor associates and implemented initiatives to drive growth in the organization. Kiran then moved on to become the Head of Training & New Initiatives at JCB India Ltd., where they played a crucial role in the development of earthmoving and construction equipment. After that, Kiran joined Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd., where they held various roles, including DGM- Corporate HR, General Manager - Corporate, and currently, the Head of Human Resources. In these roles, Kiran focused on areas such as performance management, employee engagement, employer branding, and succession planning. They have also worked on enhancing agility and efficiency through restructuring and streamlining the employee structure. Overall, Kiran Singh has a wealth of experience in HR and talent management across different industries.
Kiran Singh received their Bachelor of Science degree from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University from 1987 to 1990. Kiran then pursued a Master of Social Work degree from Jamia Millia Islamia from 1990 to 1992. Kiran also obtained additional certifications, including an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in 2023 and completed the Art & Science of Coaching program from Erickson Coaching International in 2021.
