Keshara Young is a Cloud Systems Analyst at MADD since April 2024, with expertise in user management and Salesforce administration, including work with the Nonprofit Success Pack, custom reports, and database maintenance. Prior to this, Keshara served as a Database and Gift Processing Admin through a fellowship with Oracle and held roles as a Client Success Specialist and Customer Success Manager. Additional experience includes internships and administrative positions, with a focus on customer service and support. Keshara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science from Missouri Western State University and is engaged in continuous professional development through Salesforce Military and Trailhead.
